Our integration with Elisa Mobile is hosted at their respective Verint Verba platforms, although customers can transfer recorded calls into their on-premise Verint Verba system. In case of Singtel, Truphone, Tango Luxembourg and Tango Networks integrations, businesses can host Verint Verba recording servers in-house to control the entire recording chain. You can deploy your own Verint Verba recording servers and connect them to Truphone. Voice calls placed or received using configured SIMs will be recorded.

Some of our integrations even allow users to block calls that cannot be recorded by any of your Verint Verba recorders for any reason. Mobile recording streams can be duplicated and sent to multiple recorders in different data centers, which is essential in case of high availability requirements. If one recorder fails, the other one will continue to record the conversation.

By using Verint Verba, users can capture Cisco Jabber (even Jabber Mobile and Remote Access calls through Cisco Expressway) or Skype for Business mobile calls by using dial-in recording, proxy-based recording or directly from gateways. In case of proxy-based recording, all mobile conversation scenarios can be captured, including incoming and outgoing calls and even calls between external clients.
