We are pleased to announce that Verint’s Summer School series is back and, once again, we have a great line-up of webinars scheduled throughout the whole of August. Each week we will bring you a different topic: Workforce Engagement, Intelligent Self-Service, Voice of the Customer and Compliance.

In these sessions, you can get customer and partner insights on improving customer engagement, drive employee performance, and reduce compliance risk. Moreover, you can hear our solutions specialists deliver masterclasses on how to get the most from your technology or listen to industry experts in our interactive panel discussions.

The final leg of the webinar series will focus on specialist areas within financial compliance—spanning communications and trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, automated policy governance, and compliance recording, among other exciting topics—on 27th, 28th and 29th August.

  • The first session will be hosted by Helen Bevis (Director of Financial Markets Compliance at SteelEye) on 27th August, where she will discuss how consolidating data under one lens can lead to effortless regulatory reporting, compliance surveillance and enhanced business insight.
  • On 28th August, Phil Diffey (Global Financial Compliance Team at Verint) will lead a compliance masterclass as a deep dive into why Policy Engine is a game-changer when it comes to policy governance and proactive compliance assurance in financial trading organizations. In this session, he will discuss the business drivers, use case and capability within the Verint Automated Verification Suite.
  • Lastly, Andy Davies (Global Financial Compliance Team at Verint) will host a panel discussion where Matt Smith (CEO of SteelEye) and Phil Fry (VP, Product Strategy – Verint Financial Compliance at Verint) will discuss the key takeaways from the upcoming WBR Insights survey of 100 Heads of Risk and Compliance. They will also review the biggest challenges relating to communications recording, surveillance and the future of risk and compliance.
