Banco Do Brasil SA operates in the domestic, as well as in the international markets. The commercial bank has a presence in the USA since 1969, supporting the trade among its customers and countries. Banco do Brasil Securities LLC, a Banco do Brasil affiliate first opened in 2005, with it’s main office located in New York and opened a branch in Miami in 2010.

The Challenge

Banco Do Brasil had previously used a well-known recording system.  The existing recording solution within the bank was unreliable; certain calls were lost or never recorded – there was an urgent need for this system to be changed.

The Solution

The IT team examined different recording solutions on the market. the network support vendor had assisted the IT Department with numerous projects and introduced the Verba Recording System to the Banco do Brasil. The system was tested rigorously and performed very well.
